JAYANA (LEFT) AND JALIA (RIGHT) CREIGHTON were very successful at the Rooks County Free Fair Dog Show held the first week of August. Jayana and Rocky received a Blue ribbon and Reserve Grand Champion in Fitting & Showing, a Grand Champion in Obedience, a Reserve Champion in Off Lead Agility, and the Best of Show. For this Jayana received a book bag sponsored by Heritage Insurance Group. Jalia and Lucy received a High Scoring Off Lead Dog trophy sponsored by K & W Meat Processing, Grand Champion in Showmanship along with a blanket sponsored by Doug and Kori Bigge, and a book bag, sponsored by Heritage Insurance Group, for sub novice. 4-H Fair Fun!

THIS CUTE LITTLE GIRL is Miss Lucy Strutt. Although there was no carnival at this year’s Fair, this animal loving girl enjoyed seeing and getting a chance to pet some of the 4-H Livestock at Rooks County’s 4-H Livestock Fair last week. She is the daughter of Kyle Strutt and Sierra Brown of Woodston.
