Dear Editor: I recently published a short work of fiction. The title is, “From Disaster To Destiny.” It is a historical, inspirational romance dated in the post Civil War decade of the 1870s.
Dear Editor: I recently had a colonoscopy procedure done at the Rooks County Health Center in Plainville. Everyone affiliated with my procedure was just fantastic! They kept me informed and comfortable.
Dear Senator Pat Roberts: This letter began as a sincere, succinct and timely thank you for providing passes to this autumn’s Preview event surrounding the dedication of the new Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial in Washington, D.C.
Dear Editor: I would like to commend the Stockton High School Girls Basketball Team and coach Alexa Rogers. Janey and I watched the games with Russell and Thunder Ridge on live streaming.
Dear Editor: Thanks to the Rooks County Historical Society for the new series honoring veterans. The stories of the Civil War veterans provide details about some of our earliest pioneers.
Dear Editor: As I write this I am reflecting on December 7th, Pearl Harbor Rememberance Day, and while sitting here at home, I thought about what happened to the thousands of people who lost their lives that day. Can you imagine that it happened just before Christmas, the most joyous day of the year? I watched President Trump Saturday night, and got to thinking why all those people had to die now that we are turning communist.
Dear Editor: When Biden and Harris defund our law enforcement protections and Harris uses executive orders to ban our firearms, she needs to save the taxpayers the cost of her security guards. Also, if she thinks it’s safe for “we the people” to not need protection, then she needs to live out here with us.
Dear Editor: Howdy people! Here’s the scoop and here’s the poop! It’s my freedom of speech opinion, while I still have that freedom. I’m appealing to the Stockton Sentinel to print it.
Dear Editor: The COVID-19 pandemic has been a terrible tragedy around the world. It has taken a heavy toll in the United States, including more than 70,000 positive cases in Kansas, with more than 850 deaths in the state.
