The Red Line Cruisers Car Club has finalized plans for its 8th Annual Cruise Night and Car Show, which is shaping up to be another great weekend. The event is scheduled for Cruise Night on Friday, May 3, and the Car Show on Saturday, May 4.

Tuesday—Pork cube steak, stewed tomatoes, bread, tropical fruit. Wednesday—Beef pot roast, parslied potatoes, seasoned carrots, bread, pineapple. Thursday— Sausage breakfast casserole, blueberry muffins, strawberries and bananas. Friday—Chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, bread, emerald pears.

Webster’s Plant House at Hrabe Hriver Crossing at 2155 I Terrace in Stockton (located approximately three miles east on Highway 24 and half a mile south; or check out Google Maps for location) is now open! The Plant House (Cheryl’s cell is 785-4258249) has an excellent selection of bedding plants, veggies, herbs, flowers, perennials, hanging baskets, potting soil, and mulch with new plants arriving weekly! Business hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Citywide Cleanup next week, April 29th through May 3rd

The citywide cleanup (trash customers within the Stockton City limits) is next week from Monday, April 29th through Friday, May 3rd. Remember, regular trash routes will be picked up as normally scheduled, with additional city trucks to pick up furniture, tree branches, appliances (Freon must be drained from refrigerators), yard waste, and tires (limit 5).
